Inside Sales Representative

OurHistree is in search of an imaginative and determined inside sales representative who wants to work in a fun environment with an energetic team. This would be a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in sales. This position is located in Culver City, CA and will be focused on OurHistree’s hospitality initiative.
Responsibilities:
• Grow targeted customer acquisition through outbound sales initiatives.
• Increase customer retention and service adoption by building long-term relationships.
• Meet and maintain sales/performance goals and objectives as determine by the Sales Manager.
• Utilize customer service skills to assess customer needs, determine best products and services, and foster relationships with existing clients..
• Work closely with customer base to ensure that they maximize the opportunities associated with using OurHistree’s content solutions and Internet-based software resulting in successful application.
• Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.
• Provide weekly reporting of activities with ability to quantify results.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years prior sales and account management experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred but not required.
• Prior phone sales experience and familiarity with internet terms and web services.
• Experience selling online media and/or advertising preferred.
• Ability to clearly articulate usage of technical products and web related services to customers ranging from limited to advanced knowledge, a plus.
• Prior exposure to luxury segment customers beneficial.
• Knowledge of sales tool/crm software is advantageous.
• Outstanding problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
• Experience selling B2B and/or technology-related products a plus.
• Excellent phone presentation and written communication skills
