JOB SUMMARY The Ticket Sales Service Coordinator will provide essential support to all areas within the Ticket Sales Department to ensure success in exceeding all revenue goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communicating, tracking, scheduling and providing logistic support as it relates to executing various Ticket Sales campaigns and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in coordinating all Ticket Sales related events, promotions and fan experiences at Magic home games.
• Ensure that sales kiosks are adequately equipped with relevant collateral.
• Organize, track and execute account benefits, incentives and fulfillment for applicable products.
• Track incoming signed sales contracts and assist in DocuSign process.
• Manage distribution of inbound sales leads for full season, partial, premium and hospitality products.
• Assist sales team in management of CRM hygiene.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory accountability for Ticket Sales related supplies, collateral, giveaways, autographed items, etc.
• Utilize creative thinking to develop motivating internal sales contest themes and celebrations.
• Schedule sales lead calendar rotations as directed by management and act as main contact with ActivEngage representatives.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, communication and preparation for Ticket Sales presence at Grassroots and networking events.
• Responsible for executing Amway Center concert announcements to applicable departments and assisting in the concert deposit fulfillment process.
• Manage internal suite comp requests.
• Assist in the management of Premium Heat Map sales tool.
• Work with management and sales executives to submit requests for creative and digital services needs.
• Work with Premium Hospitality Coordinator on arrangements for prospect suites throughout the season.
• Produce full season ticket seat tags for game nights.
• Assist management and sales executives with specific projects and events as needed.
• Makes minor decisions and the use of some judgement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS N/A QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience planning and managing event and campaign logistics required.
• Experience in reporting data and information in a readable, organized Excel format required.
• Ability to develop and execute creative and motivating contest/event themes required.
• Experience in Archtics ticketing system and CRM Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and other related computer skills required.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong team synergy skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary based on the changing priorities of the department.
