JOB SUMMARY Provide general graphic editing and design support to the Graphic Production department with a focus on digital content for Magic social media channels and online advertisements JOB RELATIONSHIPS

GAME/EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Game night responsibilities: Yes
• Approximate number of games worked per season: 1-20
• Event night responsibilities: No

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Graphic Designers with content creation as assigned. Responsibilities will include:
• Design and deliver ads for various digital spaces
• Creating dynamic content for Magic social media accounts
• Creating Digital Signage or LEDsfor various Amway Center assets
• Create all other graphics and animations as assigned. Develop visually compelling content that supports Marketing goals, creating designs and new creative for the Orlando Magic that enhance and elevate the brand's level of excellence.
• Collaborate and contribute to the creative development process as a member of the Graphic Production team, consistently partnering with other creative areas of the organization and working with external agencies as applicable.
• Maintain working knowledge of social media trends and participate in ideation, strategic planning and creation of social media content for all Orlando Magic social platforms.
• Complete text, layout or graphic changes to other department's projects.
• Work with Digital Content Coordinator to organize and maintain creative assets for use within the organization. Support organizational file management procedures and organize projects and assets for long-term archival.
• Ensure quality control, including proofing, reviewing, and evaluating creative output.
• Makes decisions with little or no choice as to the methods and procedures used in achieving results.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Junior, Senior or graduate-level students or recent college graduates (up to 18 months) required. Vocational broadcasting students accepted as well.
• Working knowledge and experience with:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Lightroom
• Considered a plus, working knowledge and experience with:
• Digital Signage and LED video boards
• DSLR cameras
• Knowledge of basketball/NBA preferred.
• Audio and/or Video production, journalism, communications or related major or production background preferred.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and other related computer skills required.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong team synergy skills and ability to work collaboratively with others whom you have no direct authority over.
• Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary based on the changing priorities of the department.
