Job Description -This role reports directly to the VP, Production and will be responsible for supporting the Original Productions Production team.
Responsibilities
• Manage heavy scheduling for team including scheduling across multiple time zones; respond to changes quickly and proactively alter priorities as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of the team's obligations in order to proactively assist and/or anticipate needs.
• Prepare expense reports
• Create, maintain, and distribute all necessary production templates
• Administrative prep and wrap for productions including setting up file sharing, onboarding new hires, and archiving all project documents.
• Act as central point of communication between OP's Deliverables team and the production and post production teams.
• Act as Production Coordinator for development shoots and special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of administrative and/or production experience. Experience with unscripted and/or documentary projects preferred.
• Proficiency with all standard business software (Microsoft Suite, Adobe, etc) required.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with people across all levels of the organization in person, via email, and over the phone.
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize a heavy workload.
