Part Time Job
Boutique talent management company seeking an Administrative Assistant. Tasks include but are not limited to answering phones, script coverage, scheduling, travel coordination for manager and clients, rolling calls, maintaining archives, tracking projects, heavy follow-up, going through Breakdowns, liaising with casting directors and other usual assistant duties. Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, technologically savvy, extremely detail oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure. Must also possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent communication and people skills, the capacity to think outside the box, and a ''no task too small'' attitude. Common sense helps too! This job would be best suited for someone with the desire to learn and ambition to grow in the fields of management and representation. Great opportunity to further one's career within the entertainment industry with an established manager who's been in the business for 20+ years. Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred but not required. Will start immediately as part time and eventually transition into full time.
