As our Marketing Services Coordinator, you will work closely with members of our in-house marketing and graphic design teams to assist with project and asset tracking, internal client relations and brand execution for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Oklahoma City Blue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the marketing services manager with day-to-day department communication, reporting project updates and making sure project points-of-contact are aware of process timelines
• Serve as liaison between and provide sense of continuity/consistency amongst all Thunder departments regarding graphic needs for various programs that help strengthen the image of the Thunder and Blue brands
• Assign and track graphic design projects through the inMotionNow (IMN) workflow management platform
• Keep meticulous documentation for all ongoing projects, including asset matrixes, current vendor lists, out-of-house design requests/execution, material specs, etc.
• Maintain department archives, including organization of vendor samples, print options for advertisement artwork and collateral to help showcase options to internal departments
• Help to ensure brand consistency across all assets for advertising and promotional materials
• Provide coordination regarding production of marketing materials, which may include negotiating with vendors on production costs, timelines, specs, etc.
• Support Director, Marketing & Brand Management and executive team with presentations, special projects and group meetings
• Remain connected to category and consumer trends to help ensure brand relevancy
• Maintain good punctuality and attendance
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, military service or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years of experience with agency experience preferred and customer-service background is a plus
• Highly organized with superior attention to detail allowing you to see a project through from ideation to completion
• Collaboration and strong interpersonal skills including listening as well as oral and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred
• Knowledge of AP Style rules preferred
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is beneficial
• Work schedule will include maintaining regular office hours as well as some evenings, weekends or holidays
This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Manager, Marketing Services.
