Senior Manager of UI/UX Design
Role
As Sr. Manager of UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible to combine the synergistic practice of aligning business needs and product requirements to create user-centered and intuitive products, interfaces, platforms for mobile, web and other devices.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and execute experience design strategy.
2. Inspire, guide and lead internal designers to create amazing product design.
3. Create process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate product design strategies.
4. Participate in the planning process for new products and features helping drive the vision across our product lines.
5. Work in a collaborative team and working directly with the development team for implementation of designs.
6. Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns to provide a consistent and intuitive user experience across our products.
7. Perform competitive analysis and research for projects.
8. Research and analyze industry UX/UI trends and competitor sites and strategies.
9. Conduct and facilitate requirements, design, and implementation reviews.
10. Review user adoption and deliverables and acceptance testing.
11. Ensure all versions of project UX/UI prototypes are complete, current, and stored/archived appropriately.
12. Own the production of world-class designs and documents for presentation to internal teams across the organization, gaining acceptance of strategy and creative executions.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
2. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
3. Ability to discuss and explain design options.
4. Detail oriented.
5. Critical thinker.
6. Problem solver and customer-centered.
7. Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and etc.
8. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
9. Good time-management skills.
