SCRIPT COORDINATOR
The Script Coordinator will work closely with the Line Producer and Production Manager to ensure creative aspects of the production are executed in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the Line Producer and/or Production Manager, the Script Coordinator will liaise with the Writing team by supporting the Story Editor and writers and tracking their work on a day-to-day basis
- The Script Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the Executive Producer as needed
- Work with the Story Editor to assess assignment timelines based on the individual writers on the crew
- Track and record department workflows and status of scripts, monitor these against the schedule, and notify the production team of any variations
- Take notes in all writing meetings and distribute them to the team
- Evaluate scripts for complexity and report findings to the Production Manager and Line Producer if needed
- Break down scripts for maximum producibility before storyboards and designs start.
- Prepare scripts for recording sessions; provide a cast list and line counts
- Conform scripts at each stage of production (animatics through the locked picture)
- Track pickup lines throughout stages of writing
- Ensure writers and crew have the materials needed to complete their work
- Update the Producers with opportunities to maintain schedule and crew health
- Work with the Line Producer/ Production Manger on priorities for Reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be proactive and a multitasker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and keep a team on schedule
- Working knowledge of tools and software such as Cintinq, Photoshop, Toonboom, Storyboard Pro, Filemaker, Microsoft Suite
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and electronically) with all staff
- Must be able to be organized and efficient in a fast-paced working environment
- Must be able to execute priority tasks on or before deadlines
- Must be able to use and navigate the aforementioned software proficiently
