Full Time Job
The Oakland Athletics Sales Team is currently seeking a Full-Time Premium Services Coordinator to manage Game Day operations of suites. This position will report directly to the Premium Services Manager and is responsible for but not limited to the following:
RESPONSIBILITEIS
- Game Day management and operations of Suites, Diamond Level, and Field Box
- Assist in management of Premium game day staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling and game day management of employees
- Work with Premium Services Manager, Membership Services team, and game day staff to ensure long-term customer growth and retention with product planning and customer development
- Assist with the retention of current Premium Members in the Diamond Level and Field Box seating areas
- Plan and execute both in-stadium and off-site events as well as deliver on other Premium Membership benefits
- Play a critical role in maintaining the department budget and assist in making appropriate purchasing decisions
- Work with Stadium Operations, Fan Development, and Membership Services leaders to ensure Premium Clients are ticketed and serviced in appropriate fashion
- Ensure successful management of the client experience in the Diamond Level, Field Box and Suite areas at games, including handling ticketing and experiential needs
- Coordinate with Spectra Catering and Hospitality leading up to and throughout games to ensure accurate and efficient food service in the premium seating areas
- Support organizational culture in creation, development and growth of customer profiles for existing clients using in-house CRM system and transactional data used to maximize and personalize each individual experience and product offering
- Coordinate with Ticket Operations on printing, distribution and processing of tickets. Assist with the development of all Premium collateral
- Develop strong relationships with existing Season Ticket Members and coordinate with Membership Services to maximize renewal of accounts
- Work with Sr. Management to create fresh and unique experiences for all guests both on game day and with outside events
- Work with Premium Services Manager, AEG and Coliseum staff to ensure suite seating areas are maintained, installed and removed, and presentable for premium clientele.
- Assist in accurate reporting, inventory management, and fulfillment of Partnership contracts and requests for premium products.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- BA or BS college degree required
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and work independently
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience managing client relationships
- Candidate must be available to work each home game including various nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure the Premium areas are running as expected and services are being delivered
