Full Time Job
The Oakland Athletics are currently seeking a Full-Time Analyst, New Ballpark Sales. This position will report directly to the Director of Business Analytics. The Analyst, New Ballpark Sales will work very closely with our sales staff and will be responsible for the lead generation and sales reporting processes that will support our new ballpark sales efforts. This will include creating a B2B lead scoring system, creating dashboards and reports to support management efforts, and demonstrating an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and maintain a B2B lead scoring model that will drive various sales efforts
* Analyze Salesforce and CRM data to help improve our sales process and increase sales rep efficiency
* Manage purchased and organic prospect lists
* Develop dashboards and reports to help measure sales rep productivity, pipeline management, and overall performance new ballpark sales efforts
* Facilitate creation, execution, and analysis of all new ballpark sales campaigns from data perspective
* Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and ensure CRM platform and associated tools are being used efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Business preferred
* 1-3 years experience analyzing sales, preferably in a live entertainment field
* Experience with a BI/Visual Analytics Tool (Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlik)
* Experience with a CRM System (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
* Experience with a SQL/database toolset (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
* Experience with a data science toolkit (Python, R, etc.)
