Fall Intern - Sport Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

The O'Fallon Hoots will play their seventh season in O'Fallon, MO. In 2026 at CarShield Field. CarShield Field has served as the host site for our Prospect League O'Fallon Hoots team, our very own 8-team house league, the 1st Phorm Collegiate League, and special events like the MLB Alumni Home Run Derby. We are looking for the next superstars for our Fall 2026 internship class.

Our Fall Interns will get hands on experience in Ticket Sales, Promotions, Social Media, Sponsorships, Stadium Operations and Food and Beverage.

Here's a snippet of what you'll be doing / learning:
• Sell single game tickets and provide customer service to all ticket holders
• Prospect and list build for group sales and theme nights
• In conjunction with sponsorship sales, develop in-game promotional events
• Develop and execute social media and other marketing strategies
• Outreach to local businesses in building community connection and engagement
• Assist Director of Promotions and Social Media in merchandise design and purchasing
• Assisting Director of Stadium Operations in keeping the ballpark in top shape
• Creating and maintaining a clean, safe and fun ballpark for all fans
• Assisting in inventory controls and purchasing supplies for stadium
• Pursuing and coordinating all aspects of ballpark rentals including, but not limited to college baseball games, high school baseball games, soccer practices
• Assisting Director of Stadium Operations in preventative maintenance
• Provide customer service that is For the Fan at all times
• Other duties as assigned

This is an unpaid internship

Start Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2026 or earlier as agreed upon by supervisors.
