Identify, develop and execute a marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost.
Evaluate and report actual versus planned outcomes of marketing strategies and plans
Evaluate and manage the financial aspects of lead generation campaigns, such as budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of services.
Analyze forecasting data and business developments to improve business decisions.
Qualifications:
Entrepreneur spirit, dynamic and able to adjust in fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead the marketing department.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
3+ years in a Senior Management position.
2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development in the on-line related industry with a successful track record of building relationships.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Confident communicator and an even better listener
Collaborative, have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning, growth, and improvement
Experience:
Marketing: 6 years (Required)
