Noggin is a leading interactive learning service for families with preschoolers. We help young kids develop skills, knowledge and passions through play with the characters they love. We also help parents help their kids thrive. A multi-platform direct-to-consumer offering, Noggin reaches families in the domestic market through standalone mobile apps, connected TV apps, and add-on channels. We are building a team of highly motivated individuals who are eager to work in a start-up-like environment within a large media company. We need innovators and self-starters who are passionate about playful learning and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative-led organization.
Responsibilities:
• Support EVP with development of long-range strategy and plans with a particular focus on learning, impact, and brand positioning in education
• Build and lead team of interactive learning experts to inform content and product through all stages of development
• Build brand through a strong research agenda, partnerships, and public good strategy
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including Noggin’s Advisory Board and other key strategic partners
• Build internal team capacity to deliver on learning value proposition
• Support EVP with business development, representing Noggin internally and externally, pursuing global growth opportunities, and leading other key initiatives
Basic Qualifications
• 15 years of professional experience in the education sector
• Extensive knowledge of and experience in early childhood development, learning standards, evidenced-based practice, and varied learning modalities; ability to translate this knowledge base to digital content and product development clearly and effectively
• Experience elevating brands in education, building and leveraging advisory boards, and forging strategic partnerships with clear outcomes
• Experience shaping and leading quantitative and qualitative research with a particular focus on digital learning
• Experience leading and influencing teams effectively regardless of direct reporting lines
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or Ph.D. in education preferred

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; experience in both start-up and large corporate environments preferred
