Intern - Sales & Sponsorships Commission Opt
This internship is part-time and requires a minimum of 10 hours a week. It is unpaid/available for college credit.
***For the Sales & Sponsorships Intern position, paid commission is available for the execution of successful sales & sponsorship acquisitions.***
You must have your own car & computer.
Ideal candidate is passionate and motivated. Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed. They are looking for a unique internship experience that has ''social impact'' as a key pillar of their program. Understanding of music industry, nonprofits, and partnerships/sponsorships a plus.
Job Functions:
- Provide overall support to the CEO / Founder and the business as needed
- Assist with live event execution
- Research and collect data on potential sponsors across multiple industries/topics/causes
- Organize sponsorships database
- Research and collect data on nonprofits across multiple industries/topics/causes
- Organize social impact database
- Build sponsorships leads for Ninety3Impact showcases (commission opportunity available)
- Build sales leads for Ninety3 event production services (commission opportunity available)
- Brainstorm creative new revenue streams for the business
- Assist in budget management
Job Requirements
- Ability to interact comfortably, professionally, and effectively with key stakeholders at top level companies
- Passionate about sales & forging successful partnerships
- Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, able to work independently and without much oversight
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Flexible - able to adjust to changing priorities, and able to multi-task under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (especially over email & over the phone)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Internet savvy
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Highly motivated with networking ability
- Able to work in a very dynamic and start up environment
Experience:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to provide real impact through research and discovery
- Previous professional experience in either a sales or partnerships role are a major plus
