Full Time Job
The Manager of Nickelodeon Velocity Strategy will be responsible for proactively developing, executing and managing multi-platform partner opportunities across all Nickelodeon networks and platforms. The Manager reports into the Director, Nickelodeon Velocity Strategy.
Responsibilities
• Create compelling, insight-driven sponsorship packages that showcase excellent storytelling, incorporating research and driving incremental advertising revenue
• Ideate and execute insight-driven branded content pilots, sales products and strategic initiatives for Upfront marketing opportunities
• Meet with site, social and on-air programming teams to identify network priorities and opportunities based on key events, premieres and launches
• Work with the Director and Ad Sales to create assessments of sponsorship performance, including sell-through, performance metrics and key client categories in order to inform development of future materials
• Research, discover and share new trends in media and marketing to develop new and innovative opportunities for the company
• Educate Nickelodeon Velocity and sales teams about TV and Digital content plans and launches across Nickelodeon platforms
• Help maintain Sponsorship Portal, forecasting issues and finding fast solutions for clients
Basic Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in a marketing, media company or advertising agency
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Proactive and strategic thinker
• Excellent PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Excel skills
• Skilled diplomat who works effectively across multiple departments and external parties
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high performance group with multiple projects at one time
• Strong desire to work for a global brand and to contribute to innovation within the organization
