Full Time Job
The Manager, Marketing and Media will be a key member of the Consumer Marketing team- stewarding the planning, development and execution of off-channel marketing efforts.
• Develop off-channel media strategies for priority properties and tentpole events
• Guide agencies in building tactical plans- inclusive of traditional, digital, social and emerging media platforms
• Partner with Property Marketing Managers to produce and maintain off-channel priority calendars
• Create comprehensive campaign wrap-up reports, connecting results to KPIs
• Synthesize ratings and syndicated data to provide deeper insights into target audiences
• Serve as an expert on all paid marketing channels
• Build relationships with external media partners to develop marketing programs
• Manage budgets and track marketing spend
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years working in a media/marketing capacity- either at a client or agency
Additional Qualifications
• Expert knowledge of all paid media and marketing platforms
• Experience building and executing content marketing partnerships
• Familiarity with COPPA guidelines
• Fluent in the digital space and able to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
• Previous experience marketing to children and parents
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, including both written & verbal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize/manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be detail oriented with superior organizational skills
