Description:
Nickelodeon is seeking a Manager, Marketing Analytics to work as part of the Marketing Analytics team on marketing impact analysis, extracting insights from its on and off-channel marketing campaigns, and communicating those findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. This covers all media channels including Digital, TV, Social, Influencer, and CRM efforts. The ideal candidate excels at turning data into stories and actionable recommendations and has experience analyzing cross-platform media campaigns.
Nickelodeon has an active, hardworking fanbase across multiple social and digital platforms, from Moms of preschoolers to fans of SpongeBob, Henry Danger, and more. This role is a phenomenal opportunity to work with beloved IP, collaborate with strategic groups within Nickelodeon and Viacom, and build invaluable insights into our content and audiences that drive business results.
Responsibilities:
• Execute weekly and monthly reports that evaluate campaign performance and identify marketing and creative optimization opportunities
• Work with marketing teams to understand business objectives, define metrics based on those objectives and provide pertinent data including analysis and insights
• Present insights and reports in a digestible format to members at all levels of the organization
• Develop measurement plans for campaigns defining performance framework and measures of success
• Build out dashboarding to support teams across the marketing organization track KPI performance
• Perform ad hoc research projects and react to emerging business questions as needed
• Assist in building out Test & Learn methodology and reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree, required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, research, or business intelligence
• Experience with analytics from digital marketing platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Tableau and other data platforms
• Understanding of how to mine & clean social data, while ensuring data are of the highest quality
• Experience applying a scientific approach to research, ensuring results are replicable and observations are backed by strong evidence
• Experience with email campaign metrics and acquisition marketing
• Experience with Nielsen nPower
• Programming skills in R or Python are a plus
