Viacom is seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Executive Assistant to the EVP of Digital Talent & Development to work out of both the Viacom, Hollywood and Nickelodeon, Burbank locations, as required.
• Administrative duties such as: answer phones, schedule and maintain executive calendar, expenses and other finances/budgets; travel arrangements (for executive and talent); managing office supplies, computer and cell phone needs, etc
• Manage interdepartmental communications and meetings
• Create, maintain and communicate all talent tracking information/documents, datebases and grids for internal department use and across all key departments.
• Heavy research on the changing digital space, evolving talent and influencer pool
• Exceptional talent client service contingent on project /campaign needs per executive requests
• Oversee all talent gifting on behalf of the department
• Attend industry events and productions with executives and clients as needed
Basic Qualifications
• 1 year Talent desk experience in a Talent Agency or Talent Management Agency experience, required
• 2 years minimum Agency experience
• College degree, required
• Must be proficient in knowledge of the digital space, up and coming talent, and an interest in pop culture.
• Adept with Microsoft Office, Google doc suite. Adobe Suite is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and oral communications, and a great attitude is necessary
• Well versed and passionate about digital entertainment, social media and pop culture
• Must be passionate about working with and comfortable around talent and excited by the notion of a fast-paced environment on the cutting edge of the entertainment business
Additional Qualifications
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities. We work in a very fast-paced environment and exceptional and timely client service is a must
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to anticipate and solve problems
• Ideal candidate will possess initiative, be diplomatic and be flexible under all circumstances
• Interpersonal skills are a must as the position requires building relationships with production crew, finance, business affairs, sales and creative departments
