Executive Assistant needed to support SVP Programming & Content Strategy, Nickelodeon working in a multi-layered, fast-paced media environment. This is a hybrid role with 50% of time split between remote deep-focused work and in-office collaborative work. Additional days in the office may be requested by SVP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily and weekly Outlook calendar including monitoring and resolution of meeting conflicts, determination of priority meetings, and scheduling complex meetings with multiple senior level participants and locations.
• Handle tech setup for all in-office and remote meetings including zoom, file sharing, and liaising with IT when problems arise.
• Direct support for team of 20 in ordering/maintaining office supply orders, and other day-to-day administrative issues that may include reaching out to IT, security and maintenance teams.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations and Word documents for SVP and preparing materials for weekly team meetings.
• Research, recommend and book travel/create itineraries including accommodations, car services and meeting locations.
• Willingness to be on call during travel periods to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Process and submit expense reports in internal system and reconcile corporate card expenses and receipts.
• Point person to research, plan and coordinate team-building outings both on and offsite.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-2 years of experience working in a media environment (internships welcome)
• College degree preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Technically savvy (MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, Slack)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skill sets
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
