Full Time Job
The Coordinator, Celebrity Talent & Events role supports the Director, Nichelodeon Talent.
• Coordinates all celebrity talent logistics for specific Nickelodeon series and Nickelodeon Networks needs
• Supports celebrity talent team, in coordinating all pre and post production needs as it pertains to talent participation in all events and series
• Assists in on-site management and talent support for all celebrity appearances
• Establishes and develop relationships with entertainment community
• Oversees, compiles and manages celebrity talent department research
• Coordinates logistics for the day-to-day celebrity bookings on Nickelodeon Kids & Family (K&F) Events, Unscripted, Marketing, Pro-social, etc including but not limited to:
- Kids’ Choice Awards
- Scripted, Unscripted, Animated Series
• Suggests and coordinates talent budget based on contracts for specific appearances (glam, travel costs, per diem, etc)
• Issues deal requests, track and process payments, work permits, visas, book travel (air, hotel, ground), create talent schedules
• Maintains trackers and offer letters, save-the dates & blasts, distribute booking sheets
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years experience working with creative executives in television
• Must have strong writing and excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines
• Must be detailed-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Extensive experience working with television producers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Additional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Have the abilities to problem solve within scope of responsibility
• Involved and knowledgeable on what’s going on in the Televsion industry
