Full Time Job
The Nickelodeon Creative Art & Design team is responsible for the Visual Identity of Nickelodeon. It is responsible for all On-Air, Digital and Social spots and Brand Design.
The Assistant will be responsible for assisting Senior Vice President with day-to-day operation of department as well as support the department in the execution of all projects.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a thorough understanding of organizational structure, priorities, resources and activities to help manage the EVP and departments day to day operation
• Ad Hoc team projects and assignments
• Maintain accurate Outlook/Entourage calendars and contacts for EVP
• Phone responsibilities including answering/screening/distributing calls/messages, answering
• basic questions about the department, etc.
• Process, submit, follow-up and file T&E's, and help route invoices
• Compose and write letters, memos, announcements and e-mails
• Schedule, organize, order and execute meetings, trips for shoots, seminars, offsites and luncheons/dinners department.
• Point person for weekly team meetings
• Design and update departmental charts and forms.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents, plans, information and situations.
• Work closely with other Nickelodeon (Senior Management) Executive Assistants when needed/requested
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience and interest in a Creative or Production department
• MAC skills with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Mail, PowerPoint, Outlook
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple assignments.
• Discreet, professional demeanor. Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
• with regards to staff, finances and other sensitive situations.
• Excellent verbal and written skills required, with a pleasant and professional phone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Dependable and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment.

• Ability to prioritize & delegate responsibility when necessary to other department employees.
