The Assistant, Animation Production Nichelodeon role supports Animation Production Execs (SVP/VP’s/Director)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Schedule and prep meetings and maintain daily calendars for Production Execs
• Manage phones, filing and general office support for Production Execs
• Organize and book business travel for Production Execs
• Submit and manage business expenses for department
• Set up meetings with business reps and prospective employees
• Coordinate internal meetings, both regularly scheduled and special-purpose
• Serves as a “friendly face” for the department for both internal and external callers, visitors
• Organize department specific events, off sites
• Maintain production records for historical and ongoing series
• Schedule wrap meetings, collect and maintain digital and physical wrap binders
• Help prepare Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Organize budget and pickup meetings for new shows/seasons
• Arrange production-driven events, including off-sites, team meetings, screenings, and special projects
• Organize and cross-check lists for event invitations, ASIFA and TV Academy memberships, and other special purposes
• Input artist and vendor updates into studio database
Basic Qualifications
• 1-2 years’ experience, working in a fast-paced, high-volume professional office environment
• Must have strong writing and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines
• Must be detailed-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Efficient MS Office skills (Microsoft Outlook email & calendaring, Excel, PowerPoint)
Additional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
