Program Coordinator - NFMLA
NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) is a small but mighty non-profit 501(c)3 organization that supports diverse independent filmmakers from around the world.
The Program Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the organizations year-round initiatives and NFMLA Monthly Film Festival. This role is primarily an entry-level, office based position with some monthly on-site program work (approximately 4 days per month of on-site venue work). The Program Coordinator will also have responsibilities in the areas of helping to support the organization with the office, events, partnerships and marketing.
Reports to: NFMLA Executive Director
Start date: ASAP
Salary: entry-level
Work week: 40 hours
Benefits: paid vacation, holiday and sick days as well as health insurance
Requirements:
A passion for supporting independent filmmakers
1+ year(s) of professional internship experience (preferred but not required)
Associate's degree or bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
Strong drive, dedication, curiosity and passion
In-office position (not remote)
