NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) is looking for talented, passionate, and dedicated people to help run our December 15th Film Festival in partnership with The Academy of Motion Pitcure Arts & Sciences (Oscars) at the Hollywood home of the Oscars, the historic Linwood Dunn Theatre in the Mary Pickford Center! There are a variety of positions and duties available including ushering, front-desk check-in, red carpet talent wrangling, floor managing, etc.
There will be countless opportunities to meet the selected filmmakers, industry professionals, film students and film lovers from all around the world.

The hours will be separated into 2 shifts, and we are asking that you work both. Depending on how many volunteers we have, you will either switch to another post after your first shift is over or you will spend the next shift watching the films and enjoying the event!
Dinner and drinks will be provided!
Looking forward to working with you. Please email Andrew Acedo, the Events & Outreach Director of NewFilmmakers Los Angeles, if you have any questions.
