Description:
The Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for attending to various technical issues dealing with PC based computers, Apple based computers, printers, software installation, networking peripherals, WiFi configurations and responding to general technical questions.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and advice to front office and game day staff as needed
• Setup equipment and install software
• Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts and procedures
• Coordinate recycling program with the Archive Department
• Assist with broadcasting logistics
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of PC based computer systems, Apple based systems is a plus
• Familiarity with computer networking
• 3-5 years experience working in a customer service environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office
• Prior experience in help-desk environment
• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals on all levels in both written and verbal form
• High attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Flexible work schedule and ability work in an outdoor stadium environment
