Part Time Job
Department: Stadium Tours
Reports To: Director, Stadium Tours
FLSA: Non-Exempt Part-Time
SUMMARY: In addition to conducting Stadium tours on both game days and non-game days, this position will assist the Tours department with administrative and operational support.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative related tasks including answering phones, addressing customer inquiries, filing and data entry, replying to emails
• Daily support in all operational aspects of tours
• Daily setup of tour operations including but not limited to setting up signage, bringing down radios, give away items and tour guide speaker systems
• Check in tour guides and review routes or any change in scripts
• Great groups and individual tour guests in a positive and upbeat manner
• Answer guest questions as needed
• Distribute all tour tickets to groups and individuals as needed
• Conduct Stadium tours on a part-time basis for public tours, private tours and special events
Qualifications
and Experience:
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Strong interest in baseball history
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to work in an outside stadium environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Microsoft Dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
