Summary:
This position is responsible for the Mets' Customer Relationship Management instance, maintaining our CRM instance, providing support for sales campaigns, and ensuring system uptime.
The successful candidate will work with our Data Architect to ensure the standardization and ease of access of all our source data.
Essential Functions:
• Day to day ownership of CRM instance, including:
o Routine maintenance
o User creation / deprovisioning
o System troubleshooting
o Train end users (sales reps and managers)
o Document new processes
o Provide technical support to end users, diagnose and resolve problems.
• Use SQL queries to retrieve business information, respond to ad hoc requests and write reports using information from the organizations database.
• Use JavaScript to customize CRM (enhancing menus, customizing forms, etc)
• Contribute to the business intelligence team as needed and support core business functions outside of CRM, including but not limited to accounting reconciliation, internal consulting projects and ad hoc reporting.
Qualifications
• Experience with CRM (MS Dynamics preferred)
• Experience with SQL required
• Experience with JavaScript preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Curious self-starter who learns new concepts quickly
• Ability to work without immediate supervision
• Inquisitive learner with ability to ask for help when a project is out of the scope of knowledge
• Desire to research technical subject matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
