Summary:
You will successfully develop and implement fully integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing and promotional campaigns designed to build awareness, engage fans, and drive desired results. Your core focus will be to lead initiatives, in partnership with Digital and Content, in support of Ticket Sales, Marketing Partnerships, and Merchandise and Media business goals.
In This Role, You Will:
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that will engage consumers and align with the company's business initiatives
• Utilize market, league and team generated research to improve marketing efficiencies and deliver a premier brand expression for the organization
• Produce ideas for promotional events and/or activities throughout the season
• Handle and track both departmental and campaign budgets to ensure all initiatives are within the approved parameters
• Establish and nurture departmental culture of support, execution, results and recapping
• Support and reinforce brand awareness efforts internally, ensuring staff is well-versed on brand purpose
• Lead agency relationship and all advertising in an effort to achieve business goals
• Assist dedicated Sales Staff to craft targeted campaigns focused on growth and retention of season ticket membership base, single game sales, partial plan sales and groups sales
• Assist dedicated Partnership representative to ensure partner inclusion within organizational platforms, promotions, events and campaigns
• Assist Merchandise department in driving merchandise goals as well as strategy for premium product
• Act as primary liaison for the Marketing department with all business units within the organization to facilitate and optimize communications and marketing efforts
• Provide current, accurate and reliable information to COO as to daily, weekly, monthly activities and initiatives
• Assist in other duties as assigned
You Are:
• A creative marketing professional with a minimum of six years experience; previous experience in sports and entertainment preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open to a variable work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays

Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field is required. Masters preferred but not required.
