Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Provide support with the planning and coordination for Saints Annual Suite Benefits and Pelicans Squad 6 Elite premium benefit programs.
• Respond to inbound calls from premium accounts, executing needs and providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist with Saints and Pelicans game day duties with any game day issues or concerns with premium accounts including, but not limited to:
• Pre-game suite preparation
• Ticket reprints, will call, additional tickets purchases, ticket issues
• Suite service issues or concerns
• Post-game sweep
• Assist with department administrative duties including, but not limited to mailings, preparing agreements, keeping accurate information with account databases, ticket delivery.
• Assist the Premium Sales Team in developing, maintain and enhance positive service relationships with Premium accounts for the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans.
• Assist with rollout and implementation of benefit programs to all Saints and Pelicans Premium accounts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Premium Services, Hospitality, or related services
