New Form is looking for a creative and resourceful video producer who can helm repeatable formats for our Facebook, Snap and YouTube pages. Must have a background in the digital landscape and scripted content, with intimate knowledge of emerging technology/platforms. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a post producer, line producer, and creative producer (with some client management and editorial experience).
This in-house producer will work in our New Formats team to develop, produce, and oversee editorial for video content, and then optimize that content for Facebook, Snap, and other platforms. Compensation commensurate with experience.

-Generating budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
-Overseeing a team of in-house and freelance writers, editors, coordinators, and PAs.
-Liaising with clients and the creative team to ensure projects run smoothly.
-Liaising with our data analytics team to ensure videos meet our ever-shifting benchmarks (with regards to click-through rates, retention rates, etc.).
-Checking videos to make sure they meet our QC standards.
-Improving our post-production workflow to increase video output.
-Helping to build client-facing decks on an as-needed basis.
-Collecting and signing off on cast and crew contracts, start paperwork and timecards, liasoning with our finance and legal teams as needed.
-7-10 years of experience in the film industry, with an emphasis in physical and post production, and at least a handful of producer credits in the digital or branded landscape.
-Experience overseeing scripted projects from development through final delivery.
-Adobe Creative Cloud experience (Premiere, Photoshop).
-EP budgeting experience.
-Ability to work well independently as well as delegating tasks.
-A positive, team-oriented outlook.
-Impressive communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients.
