THE OPPORTUNITY:
Netflix seeks an experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented, Treasury and Finance Administration Coordinator to join our Team. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative. This role will be based out of our Los Gatos office and will report into the Senior Manager of Global Treasury.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Assisting the Treasury Team in bank account maintenance including: managing physical documentation around bank account openings, account maintenance and signatory tracking
• Assisting the Los Gatos Finance Team by scheduling meetings and coordinating off-site events
• Assisting with organizing materials for auditor request
• Other tasks and projects as they arise
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 years as an executive assistant, providing support to a team (rather than an individual);
• Experience with Treasury is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task working in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise and be a collaborative team player
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, docs, calendar)
• Self-starter, eager to learn and grow professionally
