Talent Coordinator (Recruiting)
At Netflix, Talent Coordinators (TC's) have an important duty to uphold a candidate's overall interview experience. When a candidate comes onsite, it is the TC's goal to make sure the experience is as seamless as possible. We want to provide an experience that sets them up for success by providing proper resources before coming onsite. From things like what to expect to the job titles of the people they will be meeting with, every piece is pivotal to making or breaking an interview. Once onsite, the TC will check in on them, show them around the space and ease any other stresses. We want to create an environment that is reflective of our culture from start to finish.
In this role you will:
• Coordinating interviews with highly impacted calendars across multiple time zones
• Evaluate and prioritize workload in the most efficient & effective way
• Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple schedules and projects efficiently, especially in a fast paced environment
• Facilitate the candidate's onsite experience in all our global offices
• Serve as a constant point of contact for candidates as they go through the candidate journey
• Provide and receive necessary feedback to fine-tune coordinating workflows
• Partner directly with Talent Acquisition Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers

• Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlines

Experience:
• 2 years' experience with high volume scheduling within a creative environment
• Intermediate skill level with Google suites is preferred
• Interest in entertainment and/or tech a plus
