The Role
The Support Workflow Developer will work closely with the physical production and tech-ops team to administrator and manage workflows in Zendesk. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Zendesk workflows based on the internal teams' requirements which will require extensive knowledge of Zendesk and the Zendesk Support Administrator certification. Additional responsibilities include building reports and staying aligned with the company-wide Zendesk initiatives by participating in the internal Zendesk admin committee.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
• Document support requirement and workflow implementation demonstrating an ability to drive successful solution.
• Serve as the technical lead for the Zendesk integrations with the internal and third party service providers.
• Participate in the internal Zendesk Administrators Committee to communicate the upcoming changes and feature requests.
• Develop reporting capabilities, metrics and executive dashboards.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of Zendesk advanced administration experience in multi-brand environment.
• Working knowledge of Zendesk SDK & APIs.
• Strong Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and Experience with RESTful API
• Ability to effectively communicate information and execution of duties in a cross-functional setting
• Able to work independently and drive results.
• A passion for learning and working effectively in a nimble environment.
