Full Time Job
We are seeking a Specialist in Studio Facilities as part of our growing Studio Operations team based out of our Los Angeles office. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Netflix-owned and/or leased production facilities worldwide, along with managing the needs of productions at the MLF.

Responsibilities
• A self-starter, who is able to work effectively and drive projects.
• Act as a liaison between production and various facilities to support productions needs.
• Take ownership of renovation projects ensuring sensible scope, timetable, quality and cost. Provision consultants, vendors and suppliers while managing financial elements of construction projects, partnering closely with internal teams
• Manage construction & development as well as office & space planning services to support production needs
• Work with A list talent and team on design and space planning
• Manage and track move-in and move-outs for various ML facilities
• Build strong working relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask and meet multiple tight deadlines
• Support the team in the management of stages, client R&M requests and tenant improvements
• A great communicator that can build strong working relationships with vendors, internal and external partners
• Support the team in the management of tenant improvements, and construction projects.
• Track budgets, process and manage invoice tracker.
• Support the special events teams to ensure successful, quality screenings and events held at all studio locations worldwide.
• Any other duties as necessary to support the productions and the department.
Qualifications
• 8 years experience in entertainment-specific campus operational management, facilities management. Candidates will likely be in a Director/Executive Director role level outside of Netflix.
• Team player with an ability to supervise several projects in a fast paced environment.
• Access to high quality vendors, and production facilities contacts worldwide.
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent manners.
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Gdrive, MS Word, Excel. AirTable a plus.
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current production process and equipment and studios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box.
