Full Time Job
We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to negotiate and implement facility contracts for Netflix's growing master lease network. The role will report to the Manager of Production Planning and will actualize department initiatives through the coordination with senior executives and the implementation favorable contract terms. Additionally, the Leasing Specialist will be instrumental in formulating foreign and domestic rate cards, overhead/financial burden offsets and occupancy targets. The position will liaise with various planning & analysis teams to ensure comprehensive metrics inform company wide forecasts, and, ensure analytics accurately represent the nuanced facet of production facilities.

Responsibilities
• Negotiates master leases and production leases
• Surveys and contracts candidate facilities for master lease consideration (travel required)
• Builds and maintains tracking system that surfaces timely data to stakeholders along the contracting process to streamline billing, insurance and production needs
• Any other duties necessary to support the productions and the department
Qualifications
• At least 7 years of related work experience in production contract management
• Expert level understanding of production facilities, relevant vendors and clients
• Team player with an ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Capacity to graciously receive and effectively process department feedback
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Gdrive, MS Word, Excel. & AirTable
