Full Time Job
We are seeking a Site Manager to join our growing Studio Operations team. This position will be responsible for developing the space and environment of the animation team to operate.
The Role
A successful candidate will be strategic, passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization, long term planning and an unwavering attention to detail at all times.
Responsibilities
• Oversees all the animation facilities from an artist environment point of view
• Align with the content team to plan long term facilities need domestically and internationally.
• Oversea the needs for F&B, Valet, Parking, maintenance, space planning, transport, janitorial, design, security, reception...
• Lead a team to execute on all aspects which enable a facility to run well for artists.
• Build and maintain strategic working relationships with the facility occupants and vendors alike.
• Help formulate space design and arrangement to suit creativity and artistry.
• Work with construction and real estate team to communicate needs and ensure on time delivery of space.
• Ensure the team maintains accurate sets of floor plans and seating charts.
• Deploy asset management strategy to enable smooth deployment of assets to seating location
• Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support
Qualifications
• 15 years experience in entertainment-specific campus operational and facilities management. Candidates will likely be in a Director role level outside of Netflix.
• Team player with an ability to supervise teams and several projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan for long term needs in a period of growth
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Great communicator who can build strong working relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
• Access to high-quality vendors and production facilities contacts worldwide
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Gdrive, MS Word, Excel. AirTable a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
