The Core Quantitative pod sits within the Consumer Insights team and partners with data managers and researchers who span a broad range of business areas, including product, content, and marketing. This team is responsible for creating and managing our continuous quantitative research methodologies, including internal panels and trackers. They also partner with researchers on ad-hoc studies to ensure world-class quality and consistency by imparting knowledge of how scales are interpreted regionally, coming up with clever solutions for low internet penetration markets, or developing new methodologies via emerging mediums.
The ideal person for this role will gladly roll up their sleeves and dive into the details of launching and executing online member-based panels across multiple languages, countries, and member types. Comfortable partnering across teams such as data management, data engineering, consumer insights, legal, and marketing. This person can dive into the details of member participation, health, and data quality to make impactful member-experience-focused recommendations. This person will evangelize best practices for member recruitment and engagement practices, identify opportunities for improvement/optimization across survey questionnaires and be a creative problem solver.

In this role, you will leverage your:
• Expertise in online panels: Develop and manage innovative quantitative research methodologies and leverage the latest industry thinking in online panels
• Quantitative survey expertise: Inspire and challenge Consumer Insights partners to conduct some of the most rewarding and growth-inducing work of their career
• Project Management expertise: manage and execute large-scale online survey projects across countries, languages, and stakeholders
• Survey operations expertise: organize and lead tasks related to each survey such as incentives, NDA's, sample deployment, and recruiting
• Innovation mindset: Facilitate the creation of a new internal panel that will make our TV shows and movies even more compelling for audiences - leapfrog established practices to develop a groundbreaking tool that will generate unparalleled consumer insights
• Global First Mentality: Take a regionally minded approach to design best-fit tools and methodologies to deliver impactful insights (vs. replicating or modifying a US-centric approach)
About you:
• 5 years of SaaS-based - online panel management experience. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, retention, survey programming, and operations
• Strong understanding of survey experimentation in online panels and trackers
• A passion for consumer research and an ability to be hands-on if/when needed
• Experienced in managing multi-country studies
• Cross-functional partnership management across legal, marketing, product, and customer service teams
