Global Marketing Operations at Netflix is focused on establishing a operational center-of-excellence for cross-functional project management, creative production and localization of our marketing campaigns at global scale.
Role:
We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our Global Marketing Production team to focus on testing programs for our Marketing organization. In this role, you will work cross functionally with Planning & Analysis, Regional Marketing, Marketing Production, Marketing Creative, Engineering and Product teams to drive testing program delivery through our marketing channels. You will own the technical vetting, implementation strategy and team alignment for your testing initiatives. You will use that knowledge to inform test strategies/specs and work closely with internal and external partners for creative and production fulfillment for your tests. The program manager is responsible for the successful and timely delivery for simultaneous test programs, to meet testing strategy and test specs requirements.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data-informed decision making, but excercises right-brain creative thinking to consider new and innovative solutions. This role involves both product and project management, requiring both operational excellence and technical fluency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and collaborate with key subject matter experts across Marketing verticals to plan, scope and execute on simultaneous projects
• Contribute to the ideation around new test hypothesis
• Drive test delivery roadmap, setting and upholding a standard of excellence for test management for Marketing creative and production teams
• Build cross-functional visibility and alignment in transitioning test wins to productized 'status-quo' states for Marketing creative
• Partnership and alignment with engineering and infrastructure PM teams to scope tooling updates to support your test programs
• Align with cross functional partners in Product, Content, and Marketing to stay informed on other testing programs that may impact or influence your program
Key Attributes:
• Passionate and curious about all aspects of digital programmatic advertising, with an understanding of reserved/offline media channels.

Qualifications:
• 10 years of online marketing or digital creative product/advertising experience, with an emphasis on media for desktop and mobile platforms. Acquisition and performance marketing experience is a plus.
• Technical fluency including an ability to clearly describe tradeoffs with business stakeholders and engineers about certain decisions.
• Fluency of digital creative marketing best practices, Google and Facebook marketing standards, IAB standards, programmatic and dynamic creative development components.
• Experience with product experimentation, creative testing and product innovation is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, with diverse geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience producing custom tools and proprietary systems to solve business challenges
