In this role you will:
• Provide communication and visibility of I&D efforts across Netflix including the management of our internal I&D site and the Netflix Jobs I&D page
• Partner with the Netflix HR and business partners in the planning and coordination of internal and external I&D workshops, programs, meetings and external speakers
• Help employee resource groups at Netflix to connect, collaborate and coordinate their efforts
• Serve as a central point of information for inclusion and diversity matters for Netflix teams
• Assist in the building of our library of diversity and inclusion materials including information on efforts happening at other companies
• Work with our data science teams to build metrics to measure effectiveness of our efforts
We want someone who has:
• A proven passion for inclusion and diversity and experience working with Employee Resource Groups or underrepresented groups
• Excellent EQ and an empathetic communication style that fosters connection, collaboration and confidence
• Strong ability to plan proactively and react quickly when problems arise
• Project management experience, ideally in the HR or non-profit space
• Confidence to rely on own judgment and discretion to work independently, keep multiple plates spinning and take smart risks
• Experience working with global businesses and teams a plus
• Ability to embody the Netflix core values
