Producer, Physical Production (Marketing Operations)

Marketing Production at Netflix is focused on establishing a global operational center-of-excellence for cross-functional project management, creative production and localization of our marketing campaigns.
To support our continued global expansion and internal promotional content creation, Global Marketing Production is looking for Producers to join the AV Physical Production team. In this role, you would be responsible for leading all aspects of the physical production process for various marketing productions including: broadcast spots, social promo shoots, key-art/ box-art, EPK and PR shoots, and more. You will work hand-in-hand with Netflix creative teams to ensure these productions run on-time and on-budget, while allowing for maximum freedom and creativity.

The Role
Reporting to the Manager of Physical Production, you will join a team of content creators that are growing Netflix's internal production capabilities.
Responsibilities
include:
• Leading productions for Global Creative Marketing, PR and Social teams.
• Creating estimates and managing costs through the lifespan of the production.
• Leading day-to-day communications on all assigned projects with the Netflix marketing teams, legal, outside vendors, unions, facilities, stages/studios, and talent management teams.
• Coordinating with Post Producers to ensure effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables prior to and after production wraps.
• Scheduling, tracking and delivering on requests for creative assets.
• Managing and maintaining team documents, trackers, and planning spreadsheets.
• Continuing to evolve best practices within Marketing Operations for the Physical Production team.
Qualifications
• 6 years of Producing experience at ad agencies, networks, or production companies.
• Must have experience with large budget commercial productions as well as smaller budget and quick turnaround projects.
• Proficient in marketing campaign workflows, including understanding creative and production processes as they relate to marketing efforts.
• Fluent in Union and Guild rules (work hours, labor law, etc.) as well as a good general understanding of how the commercial and creative production industry works in a Non-Union environment.
• A rolodex of production talent both inside and outside of LA.
• Experience on jobs with a high volume of deliverables for all major and social media channels.
• Proficient in Hot Budget or Point-Zero Budgeting software.
• Thorough understanding of the the entire production and post-production pipeline.
• Ability to approach each project with both a creative and production mindset.
