Marketing Program Manager (Acquisition)

Global Marketing Operations at Netflix is focused on establishing a global operational center-of-excellence for cross-functional project management, creative production and localization of our marketing campaigns. Global Digital Production leads our digital marketing innovation and execution at global scale.
Role:
We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our Global Digital Production team to focus on a critical program for our business - Member Acquisition. In this role, you will work cross functionally with Acquisition Marketing, Marketing Production, QC, Creative, Engineering and Product to drive new member acquisition testing programs through digital marketing channels. You will own the feasibility vetting of new media & innovation executions at scale, working closely with internal and external partners for creative and production fulfillment. The program manager is responsible for the successful and timely delivery of simultaneous projects and workstreams, all related to acquisition marketing initiatives driven through various digital advertising channels.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data-informed decision making, but exercises right-brain creative thinking to consider new angles and ''ways in''. This role involves both product and project management, requiring both operational excellence and technical fluency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Discovery, planning and implementation of new creative media formats, promotional content, or asset types for our acquisition program
• Serve as central point of contact for acquisition creative production and implementation roadmaps in close partnership with Programmatic, Creative, and Scale Delivery.
• Identify and collaborate with key subject matter experts across Marketing verticals to plan, scope and execute on simultaneous innovation projects
• Contribute to the ideation around new test hypothesis
• Work with Scale partners to successfully transition test implementations to productized states for the member service, tools and workflows

Qualifications:
• 10 years of online marketing or digital creative product/advertising experience, with an emphasis on media for desktop and mobile platforms. Acquisition and performance marketing experience is a plus.
• Technical fluency including an ability to clearly describe tradeoffs with business stakeholders and engineers about certain decisions.
• Fluency of digital creative marketing best practices, Google and Facebook marketing standards, IAB standards, programmatic and dynamic creative development components.
• Experience with product experimentation, creative testing and product innovation is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, with diverse geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience producing custom tools and proprietary systems to solve business challenges
