THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Manager to join the Technology Planning and Analysis (TP&A) team. You will be partnering with senior leaders in the Global Product Creative organization to assess strategic initiatives, develop operational analytics, and drive actionable insights. You will be working in the intersection of art and science-collaborating with creative, operations, and engineering leads to maximize the impact of strategic priorities while deploying resources efficiently to best serve our global audience.
The position is based in Los Gatos. You will be traveling to collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Content teams in Los Angeles (2-3x per month).
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help the business understand key trends and develop frameworks to determine tradeoffs & ROI analysis in order to help Global Product Creative scale efficiently, while balancing business needs and strategic priorities.
• Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing hypotheses, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, and delivering analytically-driven insights.
• Create and manage financial/operational dashboards to monitor performance and to continually refine our scaling strategy.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings from initiatives to management teams and the broader organization.
• Define, develop, and automate forecasting methodology.
ABOUT YOU
• 4-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and/or finance roles. For candidates with MBAs, typically we would look at candidates with 1-3 years post-MBA experience.
• Demonstrated ability of anticipating and meeting the business demands of senior-level business managers.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently to find and to resolve issues with minimal guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, economics, mathematics, or other relevant field that demonstrates quantitative competence. MBA is a plus, but not required.
