Full Time Job
Responsibilities
include:
• Introducing new partners and their agencies to the Netflix brand, creative guidelines, campaign concepts and creative workflow
• Proactively arrive at a succinct value proposition for a Partner-product or partner-brand and bring this strategically in line with a Netflix proposition to give life to a campaign idea
• Develop and moderate creative workshops and influence the creative output through best-in-class creative examples to stimulate the concepting phase
• Operating as a strategic and creative resource to both internal cross functional teams as well as external partner marketing leads
• Manage key marketing tools and portals for regional implementation: toolkits, educational materials, partner portals, best-in-class case studies
• Ensure your presence and influence within the partner's and their agency's creative process in order to steer the campaign-creative/messaging output
• Directing design and copy throughout Netflix-produced partner asset creation, curation and delivery
Qualifications/Experience
• Fluency in Hindi and English is a must
• Strong and well informed creative POV and a knowledge of the advertising/communications landscape
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Significant experience in brand and/or consumer marketing
• Experience across a diverse range of media with meaningful body of work/case studies to share
• Strong local Indian market knowledge, experience and perspective
• Demonstrated ability to mine for and leverage insights and analytics to support and build creative strategies
• Passion for building great content marketing programs that are unique and scalable
• Independent and efficient work ethic with a high-degree of organisation
• Moves fast to make things happen without getting bogged down in process
• The instinct to quickly understand the strengths and purposes of surrounding cross functional teams and when and how to lean into them for collaboration
• A natural and deep love for movies, television and pop culture
• ***Design and copywriting experience a plus
