We are looking for a talented and experienced entertainment marketing paralegal to support our marketing, social, and PR teams. The successful candidate will advise on a host of entertainment marketing, social, and PR issues for our expanding slate of Originals content (series, documentaries, stand-up, kids, unscripted). Among other things, this person will track and review a large amount of studio and talent agreements to extract and synthesize applicable information and help guide marketing and PR campaigns and initiatives. In addition, this paralegal will also review and advise on marketing creative.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of entertainment marketing and/or production experience. With minimal supervision, the ability to process and distill a large number of contracts is essential. Expertise in the following areas is required: talent, production and licensing agreements, rights and clearances, intellectual property, credits, guilds, and film and/or television content marketing. Strong law firm and/or in-house experience in an entertainment company is strongly preferred. Must be excited about and thrive in our unique company culture.
