The right person for this role must have a passion for the business, be a self starter and be driven to accomplish and meet objectives. The successful candidate will love working in an environment where curiosity, courage, passion, freedom and responsibility are mandates. Experience
This position requires approximately 10-12 years of progressive human resources experience in the media/tech industry, ideally as an HR Business Partner. This person should have well developed coaching, communication, and leadership skills and should provide an example of excellence to all that they interact with. Having successfully coached and influenced individual contributors and managers is a must for this position. A background in organizational development and previous experience in L&D is a plus.
