Netflix is looking for an HR Business Partner to work with our Corporate Operations group. This group includes teams that fuel the productivity of our employees across the world like Employee Technology, Travel, and Workplace Services as well as our global Customer Service (CS) team who help our customers every day get back to streaming more Netflix content.
This role will initially partner with our CS team and then have the opportunity to expand to more teams later as you prove your effectiveness in partnering. As the HR Business Partner, you will support both corporate and regional CS teams including product support operations, learning & development, and workforce management. You will also directly manage an HR Generalist and CS dedicated recruiting team.
As the HR Business Partner, you will work with leaders to influence and support decisions on organization design, culture, talent density, and strategic planning. The focus of this role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things.
The ideal candidate: At Netflix, our culture shapes who we are and how we operate. You will be as passionate about our culture as you are about the work you are doing. You will be the model of a stunning colleague - living our values, understanding how our culture lives and breathes, and possess a deep understanding of the business. By understanding our business and culture inside out, you will be able to provide strategic HR partnership to the leaders and teams you support.
As a leader, you will seek to provide the right level of context to your team so they can work independently within our culture of freedom and responsibility. You will coach and promote high performance through candid and constructive feedback and in turn be willing to invite, receive and own feedback for yourself as a leader.
You will be a dynamic and thoughtful leader with a transparent and inclusive leadership style. You will have the ability to inspire others, to think creatively about solutions and display adaptability in the face of our ever-changing business.
The right person for this role must have comfort with ambiguity, be able to make well-informed decisions and display humility and resiliency when you make mistakes. This means you will ask challenging questions, have uncomfortable conversations and consistently seek what is best for Netflix.

• Previous HR Business Partner experience in working with executive level leaders
• Management/Team Leadership experience needed
• Experience in supporting multiple parts of the business is highly desired
• Prior work with fast-growing global companies preferred
• Regular domestic travel and periodic International travel
