Netflix is looking for an HR Business Partner who will collaborate with our growing Global Product Creative team. The focus of this role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. You understand the business and the culture. The right person for this role must have comfort with ambiguity, and be able to make well-informed decisions. Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of HR/OD/OE or relevant work experience. Experience in more than one industry or business sector is highly desired, with particular emphasis on entertainment and disruptive technologies. Previous experience working with creative and operations teams is highly desired.
The Global Product Creative team is truly global with employees all over the world. This role will require heavy travel, spending 30-50% of their time in our LG office as well as light international travel.
