Netflix is recruiting for an HRBP France to join our team in our soon-to-be-open office in Paris to support our rapidly growing teams in France. The focus of this role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. The HRBP France will be to partner with several of our business functions based in Paris and also remain closely connected with the HR team in the HQ in Amsterdam. We are in the early stages of growth in EMEA and our teams in Paris will represent a broad-section of functions, all working towards helping our consumers in EMEA access and experience great storytelling.

In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining and modeling the Netflix culture is top priority.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and thoughtful leader with a collaborative and influential leadership style, the ability to inspire others into action and to think creatively about solutions. The right person for this role must have comfort with ambiguity, and able to make quick, well-informed decisions. She/he will embody our culture of Freedom and Responsibility through their behavior and interactions daily and be willing to invite, receive and promote constructive feedback.
She/he will exude curiosity about our business and have a proven track record of rapid self-learning. She/he will value inclusion, diversity of opinions and people, and every member of the team, regardless of their title. The right person for this role must have a passion for the business and be driven to accomplish and meet objectives. This position is responsible for providing wise counsel (not HR best practices for HR sake) to the business and successfully influencing and supporting strategies to meet our business objectives.
Experience
This position requires a solid progressive human resources experience in the media/tech industry within France and ideally other markets, as an HR Business Partner.
This person should have well-developed coaching, communication, and leadership skills and should provide an example of excellence to all that he/she interacts with. Having successfully coached and influenced individual contributors and managers is a must for this position.
A background in organizational development and previous experience in L&D is also a plus.
Fluency in English and French is a must.
