With that, we need a strong Talent team to partner closely with each of our business functions to support and challenge them as they work to drive even more growth in the region. This position will be a business partner to our Engineering team. Engineering is responsible for imagining, creating and delivering the technology that entertains the world at Netflix.

Experience:
• This position requires a demonstration of progressive HR experience working in dynamic environments requiring a range of strategic expertise, leadership coaching and the proven ability and interest to be hands-on.
• Previous experience working closely with technical organizations is required.
• Having successfully coached and influenced individual contributors, managers and executives is a must for this position.
