We are looking for a Director - HR Business Partner who will partner with our growing Talent team across the globe. Our Talent team plays a critical role in helping the business through growth and innovation, and it's important that we as a Talent org have HR business partner support just like our business partners. The Talent team includes, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partners, Employee Services, and Corporate Events, with leaders and employees around the world. This role will partner directly with our rapidly growing Talent Acquisition team.
The focus of the HR Business Partner role is to coach leaders and their teams, foster effective working relationships and partner alignment across the organization, and ensure our talent is able and prepared to accomplish amazing things. We need someone who is passionate about the values and aspects of our culture, and able to guide partners in working effectively in our environment.
This position will be based out of Los Angeles, with regular travel to Northern California and occasional travel to international locations.

Experience:
• This position requires a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR/OD/OE experience.
• Experience in more than one industry or business sector is highly desired, with particular emphasis on entertainment/media and technology.
• Previous experience working with Talent/Human Resources teams is highly desired.
